Once Upon a Time -- T.V. Toning Tuesdays

So yeah, I'm hooked on these "so-fun-you-can't-even-tell-it's-exercise" er... exercises. :) [here] As promised, I will be making a set of them for our most favorite tv series/movies.

I'm starting with one I that I'm particularly excited to do. It's fabulous.

Oh, and just in case: 

1. Glute Bridges/Hip Raises are like this:
2. A reverse plank is like this:

3. Side Plank Dips are like this:
(If you're feeling strong you can straighten your bottom arm)
4.  A burpee is like this:

5. And side leg lifts look like this:
Except the leg is going up and down. Not just staying there. ;)

Oh, my goodness. This is HILARIOUS! Did you make this up? because it's got your name all over it... I'm just glad you included the instructional videos because I am definitely NOT hip to the exercise-lingo jive. :)

The cue list cracks me up! So perfect, Man, Really.

Wow! This is so great! Ron and I did it last night and it was great! it's almost impossible to get Ron to do any exercise like this- but this got him. We (well mostly I) decided we weren't going to watch anything unless we were exercising too- and it worked.

Lot's of Henry sightings in these episodes- we did two!
